Election in Egypt, Dakota Political Junkies, and "Inside Job"

Dakota Midday - 11/28/2011

Tim Schorn is an associate professor of political science at the University of South Dakota. He is an expert on the Middle East. He discusses the historic election in Egypt, plus the situation in Pakistan-- where NATO cross-border air strikes are straining U.S.-Pakistan relations.

Jonathan Ellis of the Sioux Falls Argus Leader, and the Rapid City Journal's Kevin Woster are this week's Dakota Political Junkies. They discuss Senator John Thune's endorsement of Mitt Romney for president, Initiated Measure 15, and Senator Tim Johnson's push for Lewis and Clark funding.

Also, Heartland Film Society's Don Kelley discusses "Inside Job." It takes a closer look at what brought about the financial meltdown. The society is screening it at the Elk's Theatre in Rapid City.
