On today's Dakota Midday, South Dakota State University Professor Emeritus John E. Miller discusses the political legacy of former four-term South Dakota Governor Bill Janklow.

Shane Heilman talks about his new album called "The Psalms Project Volume 1," original compositions based on Psalms 1-10.  The project includes about 30 musicians and singers from Sioux Falls.  The music is a mix of alternative, indie and rock styles.

Also, hear a discussion with Dr. Robert Fisch. He is a Holocaust survivor from Hungary. Dr. Fisch is an artist, and he has on display at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Exhibit. His exhibit is called "Fighting the Fires of Hate: America and the Nazi Book Burnings." He tells about his works, which are showing at the Beulah Williams Library at Northern State University in Aberdeen.  The library's director Robert Russell provides an overview of the exhibit as well.
