Affordable Care Act Lawsuit, Missouri River Management and Gerard Baker

South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley attended the Supreme Court's oral arguments on the constitutionality of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act this week in Washington, D.C.  South Dakota is on of 26 states in the lawsuit challenging the law.  Jackley joins Dakota Midday to talk about the state's opposition to the act and its role in the lawsuit.

Then, Michael Fenner, Professor of Constitutional Law at Creighton University, discusses this week's oral arguments and talks about what the next steps are for the Supreme Court justices.

Author and conservationist Michael Melius, who resides in the Black Hills, talks about the future of flood management along the Missouri River.  Melius has studied the river for many years and has concerns about spring rise.

Former Mt. Rushmore Superintendent Gerard Baker is the new Director of Parks and Recreation for the Oglala Sioux Tribe.  There is a rich history regarding the tribe and the Badlands National Park.  Baker joins today's program from Kyle.
