Autism Awareness Month, Walt Bones, Barry Green

April is National Autism Awareness Month and the advocacy group Autism Speaks has dedicated April 2nd as Autism Awareness Day.  We discuss autism with Dr. Wayne Fisher of the Munroe-Meyer Institute at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha.

The South Dakota Agriculture Secretary is Walt Bones who, along with Governor Dennis Daugaard and several business leaders from the state, visited China last week in a trade mission that they are hoping will yield new business prospects. 

Barry Green is the former Principal Bassist of the Cincinnati Symphony. Green talks about the courage, passion and discipline it takes to create music.  He's giving a lecture tonight on Performance Anxiety at the Colton Recital Hall at USD.
