Mary Maxon, curator of exhibits at the Dahl Arts Center, and artist Mary Jo Marcy talk about art as a way to commemorate the flood's anniversary. The Dahl Arts Center opened a new exhibit today, "The Rapid City Flood: Remembrance + Renewal."
