Today's program commemorates the 40th anniversary of the Black Hills Flood of June 9, 1972. Guests include former Rapid City Mayor Don Barnett, retired KOTA announcer Verne Sheppard, Chuck Childs-the one who was involved with rescue efforts and put in charge of the missing persons/identification process, and flood survivors Rev. Ron Masters, LaVonne Masters and their daughter JoAnn Ellis.
