This week we're featuring the Bayou blues, rock and smokin' soul of Tab Benoit recorded last month in Sioux Falls.
Tab Benoit was born and raised in the Louisiana Bayou - he's been called Louisiana's No. 1 Roots export. Benoit has recorded 17 albums, won numerous blues music awards, written the theme for two reality shows on the Discovery Channel and starred in the IMAX movie Hurricane on the Bayou. Benoit is a staunch advocate for wetlands conservation - he founded the organization "Voices of the Wetlands" and a music festival of the same name.
