Club Write provides a comprehensive, contextualized support for developing writing skills at the middle school level. In each program, students are challenged to approach a writing assignment in a different way.

101. Journal Writing The Writing Club kids learn about daily writing in a journal.
102. Biography/Autobiography  Students pick the subject for their biographies.
103. Writing Epitaphs Teaches poetics and summary as students tour a local cemetery .
104. Poetry Ë A Shakespearean actor presents a poetry reading to the Writing Club.
105. Persuasive Writing  Students enter a writing contest that challenges them to create persuasive essays.
106. Descriptive Writing Describe a place so that the reader will feel as if they have been there.
107. Expository Writing Students write about elephants.
108. Math Writing  The students focus on architectural elements and write a creative story.
109. Writing Reports  Each club member writes a report on a career for their Web page.
110. Point of View  Kyle wonders how a story might change if told from a different point of view.
111. Writing the News  The Writing Club starts a school newspaper.
112. Dramatic Writing  The students write a dramatic adaptation for a well-known children's story.
113. Writing a Research Paper  Learn to research, write, revise, and publish research papers.
114. Lyric Writing  A songwriter explains the parts of a song and helps students compose lyrics.
