On this edition of Statehouse: lawmakers look at revising provisions to the 911 emergency services. Members of the House Judiciary Committee took public testimony on a bill that would change the way the state receives its money from tobacco companies. House Bill 1065 would establish quarterly escrow payments from those tobacco companies that were not a part of the master settlement. Attorney General Marty Jackley explains how the proposed legislation will work. Governor Mike Rounds also visits with the media for his end of the week press briefing.
