By Jackelyn SeverinLawmakers have passed a final budget for fiscal year 2011. After, a long day of negotiations and compromise the legislature has a 1.2 billion dollar balanced budget. The final bill of the session included 19 million dollars in cuts. South Dakota may still see federal money of over 34 million dollars for Medicaid Reimbursement. Governor Rounds says he may have to call the legislature back into special session to appropriate those funds.
