By Jackelyn SeverinThis legislative session two bills have been introduced dealing with the statute of limitations in rape cases. Senate Bill 68 removes the statute of limitations for criminal cases in instances of forcible rape or where the victim is younger than 13. House Bill 1218 eliminates the statute of limitations in civil cases.
