On SDPB's February 17, 2012 edition of Statehouse - education takes center stage.  The House of Representatives tackle House Bill 1234 which is being called Governor Dennis Daugaard's education plan. Also on the program - a bill that would take a closer look at how informed a woman is when making the decision to have an abortion. Members of the Senate debate a measure dealing with child custody issues and members from both parties along with Lt. Governor Matt Michels all weigh in on this year's education plan.
