On today's edition of Dakota Midday, host Paul Guggenheimer welcomed Northern St. men's basketball coach Don Meyer to the program. Coach Meyer has tied the legendary Bobby Knight for the most coaching victories in NCAA men's basketball history with 902. Meyer is coaching from a wheelchair after having his lower left leg amputated, a move critical to treating his cancer which was discovered when he was in intensive care after a September auto accident. Also, Paul welcomed Minnesota Public Radio's Bob Collins to the show to talk about the senate race between Al Franken and Norm Coleman and the death of Minnesota Twins owner Carl Pohlad.
