South Dakota is looking to boost visitors—and their spending—in what looks to be a summer of high gas prices. The state has teamed with several sponsors to offer 20-dollar vouchers good for ethanol-blend fuel in the state, and the promotion is working a little too well . . . seven thousand more requests have been made than vouchers available to give them.
